Shipping Policy

You will receive tracking information when your items are prepared for shipment. Once your items are in the hands of the shipper, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, a claim must be filed through the shipping carrier.

How long will it take?

If there are no delays specified, you can expect your item to ship within 3-4 business days for all in stock products. Once your order ships, typically it will arrive within 4-8 business days after, depending on your location and method of shipment chosen at checkout. You will get an email from us providing the tracking information to further verify the location of your purchase.

How will I know my order has shipped?

We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.


Exchanges and Returns:  

The product must be in new, unused condition and  you must  contact us within 5 business days for return. 
Please ship the product back to us and provide a tracking number to us for proof of return.
Items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%

If we made a mistake on the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will pay for the return shipping to us and send out the correct product. 

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
